1️⃣ When planning your daily caloric intake in Step 1, if your goal is fat loss and calories are below 1,200 or over 2,400, please comment below for help!

2️⃣ When calculating your protein intake, you might want less protein than 1.0 grams per pound of body weight or 2.2 grams per kilogram of body weight.

In these cases, do not hesitate to use 0.8 grams per pound of body weight or 1.8 grams per kilogram of body weight.

3️⃣ When calculating your fat intake, keep in mind that your preferences come into play here.
If you like a lower fat diet, you should be in the lower range of the spectrum, and if you like a high fat diet, you should be in the upper range of the spectrum.

4️⃣ Carbon. This one can be tricky, but here's the reason …

How many weekends do you end up saying "fuck it, I'll just start again on Monday" ?? This was the story of my Life before! 🤦🏻‍♀️ As the weekend gets closer and closer, you get more and more anxious to think about how you're going to be on the right track ….. It's tiring!

All you want to be able to do is enjoy the weekend but they are overcome with stress, guilt and binge …. Can I give you my BEST tips to STAY with all the emotional turmoil !? Stop trying to be so damn perfect!

That's right, you heard me!

The more perfect you try to be, the more restrictions you put on yourself, the more rules you make yourself to follow, the MORE your consistency will be!

You are actually doing a service elsewhere by being so & # 39; perfect & # 39 ;. If you are & # 39; perfect & # 39; Monday-Thursday, then do it through Friday until the job ends … But make sure you break when you go out to dinner with your girlfriends and just can't stomach another salad ….. That means Friday is toast, why would you even try it on Saturday?

Then on Sunday? HA! Time to get ALL the food you can't have before you start again on Monday!

See how it works? Correlation goes from 100% to about 60% this weekend!

If you only allowed yourself to eat what you expected on a regular basis, then I guarantee that this sabotage would be FINISHED!

Little progress upgrade. 3 stone lost from April 2017 and 30 "as a whole. The body composition has changed significantly since the beginning of flexible nutrients / macro in October. A month-long deficit of 1465 Cals to lose more body fat, then 10 weeks trying to find maintenance.
It has been difficult to keep the creeping cals up to find maintenance levels as i thought losing, but think i'm just about it got it now in 1900.
Will now try to raise a bit more to build more muscle and be great at 50 in June ♀️🏋️♀️💪
