So why are you doing this to your body by limiting carbohydrates?

Carbohydrates are the primary fuel for your body and brain
Essentially, your body needs carbohydrates to function properly and efficiently.
Whenever you limit the carbohydrates in your body, it needs you:
❌ Have reduced energy
❌ Experience brain fog
Ik Fat body odor (yes, ketosis causes you to release bad body odor … why you would want this to happen is beyond me)
❌ Constipation or diarrhea
❌ Develop an unhealthy relationship with food
