Being a mom to little Caspian has been such an incredible adventure. There are not always rainbows and sunshine, we all have hard days but as soon as he goes to sleep I miss him. I sit in the bed and watch videos and pictures of him from the day. I miss his laughter, his hug and his playing with his cars all around the house. Mom's life can be difficult at times but it is certainly the best. Hope you all have a great day to celebrate! ✨✨✨✨✨✨

While we talk about how to get good results with exercise here, just remember that exercise is something that fits your body first and loses weight while doing so is an added advantage.

It is not something that you reduce belly fat or saggy arms or big thighs, it is something you do to show yourself a lob. This is the care you do for yourself to release your mind from all the stress and give your body the chance to move.

So if your main goal while exercising is to love the exercise / exercise you are doing, but only you will get the added benefit of it.

Don't go for an exercise you don't like. If you like dancing then do it as your workout. If you like the plots go for it, if something else does. Do what you care to do instead of looking at others and do what they are doing.

1/2 lime
2 teaspoons olive oil

One thing I have found to help my clients achieve incredible results is not that they are perfect all the time. In fact, they miss exercises, drink wine, eat cake. But what they do is not use it as an excuse for going to stir nuts and say totally screw it! ⁣⠀⠀

Instead, we focus on forgiveness. My clients have my permission to wipe the leftovers at any time and move on with their lives rather than feeling the bit of conscience next month. ⁣

And that forgiveness allows them to move on with their lives and move in the right direction! Thus, they are taking 2 steps forward and only 1 step back. ⠀⠀
