After not doing well for the last 2 days of work, it was the last thing I wanted to do!
But it's Monday (and I hate missing Monday) the heat has disappeared and I decided to sweat it out!
Was it my best workout? Nope
But when that was done I felt so much better … and then I could go back to bed with my little pitbull companion for the rest of the day!

Little progress upgrade. 3 stone lost from April 2017 and 30 "as a whole. The body composition has changed significantly since the beginning of flexible nutrients / macro in October. A month-long deficit of 1465 Cals to lose more body fat, then 10 weeks trying to find maintenance.
It has been difficult to keep the creeping cals up to find maintenance levels as i thought losing, but think i'm just about it got it now in 1900.
Will now try to raise a bit more to build more muscle and be great at 50 in June ♀️🏋️♀️💪
